Wordpress has a Social Element in it. Although not as viral as Twitter or as sticky as Facebook. Yet Wordpress as a open platform allows a variety of ways to make it more social.
One such service, Wpworldmap.net (powered by Google Maps) allows Wordpress Users to Geo Tag their locations on a World Map. Each User Profile displays Blog Link, Twitter Account Link and Personal Details.
Using the Application
Signing Up and creating your Profile is very easy. All you have to do is place the pin marker on your choosen location and fill up the Sign In Form.
The fun starts when Wordpress Users around the World starts populating data. It is really fun to actually Zoom In the map to your Area and find a Wordpress User near you. Great way to Socialize and grow your network.
